Foot and Ankle Care

Our Feet are the means in which we interact with the ground as we walk, run and play.  Many conditions are thought to related to having ‘Flat Feet’.  This means that your foot is not as strong as it should be to support you and so flattens to the ground, as the rest of the body then has to alter its position and function as compensation.

Having strong, healthy feet is a great way to help the rest of the leg and body above do its job correctly.  Instead of using external supports, we should instead develop and strengthen our own muscular Arch Support to allow our foot to support our weight so the rest of the body can function better.
